Ticket Purchases
Ticket purchases for Faaabulous are processed through Showare, a third-party ticketing provider. We do not collect or store your payment card information.

We do not sell your personal information, and our ticketing partner, Showare, does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. Because ticket purchases are processed through Showare, our third-party ticketing provider, the following describes how personal information is handled specifically during that process:
- Disclosure of Personal Information: Information collected during a ticket purchase (such as name, address, email, and phone number) is used to process your purchase and to notify you about show updates and to respond to inquiries. This information is not sold, traded, or rented to third parties. Aggregated, non-identifying information may be shared for reporting or market research purposes.
- Cookies: The ticketing platform uses cookies to support your shopping experience (for example, retaining items in your cart between visits). These cookies do not contain confidential or personal information.
- Security: Showare uses industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transmission (SSL/TLS) and PCI-DSS-compliant handling of payment information, to protect data submitted during checkout. Data is stored in a secure, access-restricted environment. As with any online service, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
- Account & Password: If you create an account on the ticketing platform, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and are encouraged to change it periodically. You can review, update, or request deletion of your information at any time through your account, or by contacting ticketing support directly at boxoffice@ivorystar.com.
